Intensive Seminar on the EU – Governance Programme: This course will take place at the College of Europe Bruges campus from 29 June to 10 July 2026 (with a one-day study visit in Brussels).

Intensive Seminar on the EU - Policies and Priorities Programme: This course will take place at the College of Europe Bruges campus from 29 June to 3 July 2026.

Fee: 

The full tuition fee is 

  • Governance Programme (29 June to 10 July 2026): € 4.300,00
  • Policies and Priorities Programme (29 June to 3 July 2026): € 2.900,00

The price includes:

  • The participation in the seminar;
  • The training materials;
  • Breakfasts, coffee breaks, lunches, and dinners (weekdays only);
  • Social events;
  • A study visit to Brussels for the Governance Programme;
  • Recommended self-paced classes for the Governance Programme prior to the start of the programme;
  • Accommodation in one of the College of Europe’s residences;
  • A certificate from the College of Europe upon completion of the course.

Accommodation: All participants are offered a single room in one of the student residences of the College of Europe in the historic city centre of Bruges. All rooms are equipped with essential facilities including private bathrooms and free internet connection. Cleaning service is available daily. Towels and sheets will be provided in the rooms. The residences also offer self-laundry facilities (washing machine and iron available, no washing powder), lounges for common use as well as dining rooms where buffet breakfast is served.  Should a different accommodation arrangement be required, the following link provides information on hotels and B&B in Bruges: www.visitbruges.be/en/hotels. Lecture rooms: The lecture rooms are situated in the modern and centrally located Verversdijk and Dijver buildings of the College of Europe. Each room is fully equipped with modern teaching facilities and wireless internet.
