Adina CLAICI

Adina Claici has been a Visiting Professor at the College of Europe since 2015. She is currently Principal with the Brattle Group in Brussels. Prior to that, Adina spent close to ten years as a Senior Member of the Chief Economist team of DG Competition at the European Commission. Her work covers all aspects of the competition economics, including mergers, state aid and anti-trust cases as well as policy and regulatory projects. She held various academic positions in Spain, where she also received her PhD in Economics from Autonoma University of Barcelona. She published in referred journals in the field of competition policy and is a regular speaker in specialised conferences and seminars.
