Lesia RADELICKI

Lesia Radelicki has over 20 years of experience in EU Policy-Coordination, Policymaking, political strategic thinking and analysis and has worked extensively in the field of Gender Equality.
She served as a Member of Cabinet supporting and advising the Commissioner for Equality on legislative and non-legislative work on gender equality. Prior to joining the Cabinet, she coordinated a European women’s organization, advocating and designing policies on gender equality, leading campaigns on closing the gender pay gap and combatting violence against women. She conducted a series of trainings worldwide on women’s political empowerment and participation and participated in election observations.
She is a local Councilor since 2018 and was elected President of the Local Council in February 2025 (2023-2024).
On 1 July, she started her new position as policy coordinator and assistant to the Director of the RTD Common Policy Centre.
