Luis Bouza García est le coordinateur académique des cours d’Études européennes générales du Collège d’Europe à Bruges depuis août 2012. Il a obtenu son doctorat en mai 2012 à l’Université Robert Gordon d’Aberdeen avec une thèse sur le rôle des groupes d’intérêt dans les débats sur la Constitution européenne. Avant cela il a travaillé en tant qu’assistant académique pour le programme d’Études européennes générales entre 2007 et 2010.
Il s’intéresse principalement à la façon dans laquelle se produisent les débats sur l’Europe dans la sphère publique. Ses publications plus récentes sont :
