The Alumni Association is excited to announce that its Mentorship Programme is getting started! Emails to put mentors and mentees in touch will be sent in the coming weeks. Training sessions, on a voluntary basis, will be offered to help mentors and mentees to get the most out their mentoring relationship. The Alumni Association plans to have one session for mentors and one for mentees, in order to best adjust to the expectations of both. The Alumni Association encourages participants to the Mentorship Programme, be it the general programme or the sub-programme for the Women's Group, to actively start developing their relationship with their mentor or mentee as soon as they are put in touch. Of course, any feedback on the Programme is more than welcome!
