On 27 May 2015, students from the Master in European Political and Administrative Studies of the College of Europe were invited to the presentation of the 2016 EU draft budget by the European Commission's Vice-President, Mrs GEORGIEVA, in the European Parliament.
Those students could therefore discover this budget before it was revealed to the press. They then met with two key MEPs: Mr Jean ARTHUIS, French MEP and President of the Budgetary committee of the European Parliament, and Mr Richard ASHWORTH, British MEP and member of the European Conservatives & Reformists.
