Adrian ROSSITER

Adrian Rossiter holds a B.A. & M.A. in Classics and Modern History from the University of Cambridge and also completed his D.Phil at the University of Oxford, 1987, on the Politics of the French Third Republic. He is author of articles and book chapters on French contemporary history and politics. Until 2012 Dr. Rossiter a full-time UK Civil Servant, employed as Principal Consultant in EU and Central/East European at the UK National School of Government: he worked there on EU training and public administration reform issues since 1988. Now a freelance consultant with various academic affiliations, he has been responsible in the last 20 years for designing and delivering many consultancy and training projects in New Member States, Candidate and Associated countries, both on specific EU tasks and, increasingly, on general public administration issues.
