In the framework of the project "Public Diplomacy in Brazil and Latin America", and following a request of the Brazilian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the 'Fundaçao Alexandre de Gusmao (FUNAG)', the College of Europe Development Office has contributed to the publication of the book The European Union and Its Foreign Policy. History, Institutions and Decision-making Process, authored by Professor Olivier COSTA.
The publication is intended to serve as a reference book on the EU for students of the Diplomatic Academy, as it covers the European integration process since its inception, a thorough overview of the EU institutions, the complexities of the decision-making process, and the evolving EU foreign policy.
The book has been written in English, translated into Portuguese and printed for general distribution as part of the collection ‘Em Poucas Palavras’ under the title: A União Europeia e sua política exterior: história, instituições e processo de tomada de decisão.
