Alumni Relations Officer - College of Europe in Natolin

The College of Europe in Natolin invites applications for a motivated and communicative Alumni Relations Officer with a starting date in autumn 2025.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate regular communication with alumni;
  • Maintain alumni contact records, databases and engagement history;
  • Manage outreach campaigns and engagement initiatives;
  • Support planning of alumni reunions and mentoring events;
  • Liaise with alumni to promote involvement in campus life;
  • Work with internal offices to align alumni efforts;
  • Develop long-term alumni engagement strategies;
  • Prepare reports and support strategic alumni projects.

Qualifications and competencies

  • University degree in Communications, European Studies, or related field;
  • Experience in alumni relations or community engagement;
  • Excellent communication skills in English; French or other languages a plus;
  • Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills;
  • Proficiency with databases and digital tools;
  • Team-oriented and proactive approach;
  • Willingness to travel.
