Barbare OKROPIRIDZE

Barbare holds an MA in European Interdisciplinary Studies from the College of Europe at Natolin (Éliane Vogel-Polsky promotion, 2022), as well as BA and MA degrees (with honors) in law from Tbilisi State University. She is also an alumna of the Visegrád School of Political Studies, and the European Academy of Diplomacy.

Over the years, she collaborated with different non-governmental and international organizations to ensure the smooth operation of international missions in Georgia as well as the implementation of various projects and activities related to civil society empowerment and development, communications, elections, peacebuilding, and human and ethnic minority rights. Barbare worked as a coordinator and communications manager for some of the largest EU projects supporting civil society development in Georgia, consulting project consortium members and regional hubs in planning, preparation, and monitoring project activities.

Barbare joined the Executive Education Office of the College of Europe in Natolin as a Programmes Officer in August 2022.
