Professor Tobias SCHUMACHER, Chairholder of the European Neighbourhood Policy Chair, recently published an op-ed on Germany’s recently announced U-turn as far as its defence and security policy is concerned.
By pointing to at least three issues that have the potential to negatively impact the implementation of this presumptive shift, the article calls for a cautious approach when judging its prospect.
