French National Day at the Natolin campus

On Friday, 17 February 2017, the French students of the Natolin campus of the College of Europe organized the French National Day. This Fête Nationale was conceived to gather everybody around a wide range of cultural activities as well as to widen the knowledge about France and the French language. For this special occasion, the restaurant served three French meals made of pains au chocolats, croissants as well as magret de canard, tartiflette and crêpes. This was a unique opportunity for students, professors and the whole staff of the Natolin campus to (re)discover French tastes and flavours. The students organized several events throughout the day such as a photo exhibition of French landscapes made of pictures taken by the French students, a projection of a French movie and different French games in line with the tradition of the Carnival. The Natolin Choir was also highly involved in this National Day and La Marseillaise resonated in the campus as the final note of this joyful and festive day.
