Mateusz BYRSKI

Mateusz BYRSKI graduated from Delhi University, St. Stephen’s College (1997) and University of Warsaw (MISH). He completed the full suite of Cambridge University Language Assessment courses obtaining the following teaching qualifications - CELTA, DELTA and CELTYL. He started teaching in 1997 and has worked in Poland, Australia and the UK. He is a freelance teacher working for the British Council Warsaw where he teaches all age groups and a broad range of courses (General English, Business English and Exam Courses).

Mateusz BYRSKI is also a teacher trainer. He has delivered a number of teacher training presentations, webinars and workshops for the British Council, PASE, IATEFL Poland and EduNation. He cooperates with National Geographic Learning and Nowa Era Publishing on providing teacher training support. He is a member of the Quizlet Ambassador Programme and tries to promote effective language learning methods among teachers and learners alike.

His areas of interest - which keep changing - include: the lexical approach, technology in the classroom and CALL (Computer Assisted Language Learning), IELTS (International English Language Testing System) and CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning).

Mateusz BYRSKI joined the Natolin Campus Languages and Intercultural Dialogue team in 2018.
