"Rejoice and be glad" – Christmas carols concert by the Natolin Choir and the Kameleon Choir in Warsaw

As in Poland the Christmas season runs until 2 February (Candlemas), the College of Europe Natolin Choir and the Kameleon Choir – both conducted by Katarzyna Maria BONIECKA – have been organizing a joint annual Christmas carols concert in Warsaw, every January for over ten years.

Singers representing more than 20 different nations participated in this year's edition titled "Rejoice and be glad", which took place on Sunday, 26 January 2020 in the Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary. The Natolin Choir, accompanied on the piano by pianist and composer Artur SŁOTWIŃSKI, performed Christmas carols in English, French, Polish and Italian.

The concert was enriched by a special performance by Natolin students Rose WOOLHOUSE (flute) and Bastien GIRARD (clarinet), who played some Christmas duets. For the grand finale, the Choirs performed the Christmas hit "The Little Drummer Boy". The concert gathered many Warsaw citizens and was warmly received by the audience.
