Politique étrangère is the oldest French journal dedicated to the study of international relations, published by the Institut français des relations internationales/French Institute for International Relations.
Prof. MINK's article argues Vladimir Putin's use of disguised historical memory to justify aggression against Ukraine is reminiscent of the importance of memory in the construction of both popular perceptions and political strategies.
