On Thursday, 31 March 2022, Rector MOGHERINI participated in a panel at the conference titled "Will the EU's 'Strategic Compass' ensure Europe's security?", organized by the Young Diplomats of Belgium at the Egmont Palace in Brussels.
Following the introductory remarks by Ms Sophie WILMÈS, Belgian Deputy Prime minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Rector Mogherini discussed the topic "Why a Strategic Compass for the EU?" with Mr Pedro SERRANO, Head of Cabinet of HR/VP Josep BORRELL FONTELLES.
