Jesús BALLESTEROS

Jesús BALLESTEROS is the Director of the College of Europe Development Office. He joined the College in 2004 and has more than fifteen years of professional experience in business development and in the design and management of international projects. Jesús BALLESTEROS is currently responsible for the coordination and the implementation of executive education programmes for EU and non-EU government officials and diplomats, as well as framework, technical assistance and service contracts for the EU institutions. He also has extensive experience in event management, training and adult education in the field of EU affairs, in particular in Training of Trainers (ToT), EU negotiations and the EU decision making processes. He holds a degree in Spanish Law and Postgraduate degrees (LLM) in European Union Law and in External Trade and Commercial Policy, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in EU and British Law from the University of Bristol (UK). Jesús BALLESTEROS speaks Spanish, English and French.
