The objective of the course is to give students an understanding of the history, policy background, technical issues, economic rationale, and financial structuring of sustainable and resilient infrastructure projects to address global climate, environmental and social crises. The latest EU Policy developments, including the Green Deal, Taxonomy and Just Transition will be covered.
