Natolin students at the conference: "Katowice Rulebook - what’s next"

On 12 September 2019, a group of Natolin students and members of the Natolin Energy Governance Nest had the opportunity to attend the workshops and discussions dedicated to the “Katowice Rulebook”, a robust set of guidelines designed to operationalize the climate change regime contained in the Paris Agreement. The workshops were held at the Natolin campus in the framework of a two-day event "Katowice Rulebook - what’s next" and the Coal Regions in Transition and the Energy Community organized in cooperation with the COP24 Polish Presidency and the Energy Community Secretariat and in cooperation with the European Commission and the World Bank.

The aim of the workshops was to facilitate discussion between the Energy Community contracting parties on implementation approaches towards the Katowice Rulebook, which was agreed at the COP24 Climate Change Conference held in December 2018 in Katowice, Poland.
