BREGU M. - Human Capital and Labour in the Western Balkans (8h)

This intensive course explores how demographic change, migration, education, gender dynamics, and the future of work are shaping labour markets in the Western Balkans and Southeast Europe. It takes a dual perspective: the European Union, where policy is designed and coordinated, and the countries of the region, where reforms and implementation take place. Students will learn to think across these two levels, preparing them for future careers in Brussels institutions or in national and regional policymaking.
