College students attending NATO Youth Summit in Brussels

On 28 April 2022, seven students from the EU International Relations and Diplomacy Studies Department had the opportunity to participate in the NATO Youth Summit at the NATO headquarters in Brussels. Gaultier Demeester (FR), Sara Fattori (IT), Marisuz Gitler (PL), Benjamin Harries (UK), Marianna Skoczek-Wojciechowska (PL), Elif Ünlü (TR) and Giorgos Verdi (GR), attended various interactive discussion panels and simulation exercises covering themes as diverse as global competition, cybersecurity, gender in peace and security, and the future of the European security architecture. The impressive programme “Securing Our Shared Future”, organised by the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA), was opened by Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg and featured many high-level personalities.
