The course focuses on how antitrust law shapes the EU Digital Single Market. It includes the most recent developments concerning the Digital Markets Act proposal, data-based mergers and abuses of dominance, algorithmic collusion, antitrust issues regarding standard-essential patents and the platform economy, vertical agreements in the digital age, and competition remedies.
