“The Day After in America” - A Brussels Roundtable held on 14 November by the Chair of Transatlantic Trade and Economy

Last week, the Chair of Transatlantic Trade and Economy at the College of Europe gathered more than thirty stakeholders for an informal conversation hosted by Microsoft dedicated to analysing the outcome of the recent U.S. elections for transatlantic affairs.
This timely event showed the importance of building bridges between academia, the private sector, and public administration to engage on issues of mutual importance. Building on the discussion, the Chair of Transatlantic Trade and Economy will continue developing activities to shed light on the dynamics of the transatlantic partnership over the coming years.
The Chair of Transatlantic Trade and Economy is grateful to Nanna-Louise Linde for hosting the event, to Rector Federica Mogherini and Dr. Ian Lesser, Chair of Transatlantic Trade and Economy, for their remarks, to moderator Dr. Rosa Balfour, Director of Carnegie Europe, as well as to all the participants who made this event a success!
