This Human Library will centre on the testimonies of four speakers who have been affected directly or indirectly by radicalization. The objective is to build a positive framework for conversations and break down stereotypes. Participants shall rotate around the speakers and are free to ask questions and share their views.

The event is organized by College of Europe students in the framework of the EUnited against Extremism initiative.

The initiative’s aim is to implement a campaign against extremism designed by students, for students and the wider community. It runs as part of the Peer-to-Peer Project (P2P) funded by the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) at the U.S. State Department.

This is an excellent opportunity for College of Europe students and the wider public to expand knowledge on extremism and radicalization, share views and learn from the experiences of those directly or indirectly affected, especially in the aftermath of the attacks that took place in Brussels on 22 March.

The event is open to all, but registration is obligatory before Tuesday 19 April, 12:00 (noon).
