The EU Diplomacy & Diplomatic Skills course is primarily targeted at officials from the EU institutions as well as diplomats from the 27 EU Member States and other countries. In addition, it is open to civil servants from national administrations, academics and professionals from the private sector working in the field of EU external relations from both EU and non-EU countries.
Participants should have a university degree, a very good command of English and some relevant work experience. The course will be restricted to a maximum of 25 applicants, allowing for an interactive environment that fosters discussions and facilitates networking.
After the course, participants are invited to join the exclusive LinkedIn group for the alumni of the course.
The sessions are delivered by high-level speakers from the expert network of the College of Europe, which comprises both academics and practitioners with a sound working experience in and/or with the EU institutions.
