European Horizons conference at Yale

From 29 March to 3 April 2018, four students from the College of Europe Bruges campus travelled to the USA in order to represent the College of Europe at a European Horizons conference. The European Student Conference is the biggest annual conference of the transatlantic student think tank European Horizons, taking place at Yale University. The conference brought together 100 undergraduate and graduate students from universities across the US, Europe and Asia with distinguished academics and policy-makers, in order to address some of the challenges confronting the European Union.

Boris JAROS, Marta DOMINGUEZ, Elisabeth WEISSWANGE and Viola ZOLLITSCH engaged actively in workshops regarding subjects of EU-China relations, technology challenges and national sovereignty. The policy proposals are being published in European Horizons’ own journal, the ‘Review of European & Transatlantic Affairs' (RETA).
