Thank you to all associations and students who came to our Volunteer’s Fair on Thursday 22 October!
This Fair was organized for the first time by the student association “Raise and Give” in cooperation with the Volunteers Office of Bruges. It brought together College students and local associations looking for volunteers. A total of 25 local associations came to present their projects to interested students. They covered a broad range of projects from child or elderly care, to fundraising activities, including projects against food-waste, cultural activities and many others. Music, drinks and snacks created a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
Despite the countless activities that Students can already be involved in at the College, many were keen on offering some of their time for a special cause. The associations in turn were all very open and flexible in order to adapt to the students' schedules. As a reward they all went home with a list of names of interested students.
