The New European Law Journal Issue is out now & freely available online! This issue entitled “Shaping European Democratic Integration for the 21st Century: An Interdisciplinary Contribution to the Conference on the Future of Europe” is the result from a collaborative project between the European Law Journal and the LAW and POL Departments of the College of Europe. A High-Level Interdisciplinary Conference on the Future of Europe was organised online in January 2021, gathering many EU leaders, scholars, practitioners, and students.
The Special issue, co-edited by Karine CAUNES (ELJ), Olivier COSTA(POL), Sacha GARBEN(LAW) and Inge GOVAERE (LAW), includes 15 articles exploring various issues that are central to the current discussions of the Conference on the Future of Europe.
