The College of Europe is seeking applications for the position of “Manager Facilities & Hotel Services”.
The work is to be carried out in Bruges in the framework of a contract of unlimited duration.
Description
- Management of logistical services (about 45 people).
- Coordination of building management (about 10 buildings in total) and Hotel Services (Housekeeping and Catering).
- Cost administration/budget management relative to logistics.
- Contactperson for external partners.
- Optimisation of logistical processes within the organisation.
Requirements
- Relevant higher educational background.
- Experience of logistics management.
- Social skills.
- Organisational skills and flexibility.
- Native Dutch speaker. Working knowledge of French and English (orally and written).
- Problem solver.
