Manager Facilities & Hotel Services

The College of Europe is seeking applications for the position of “Manager Facilities & Hotel Services”. 

The work is to be carried out in Bruges in the framework of a contract of unlimited duration.

Description

  • Management of logistical services (about 45 people).
  • Coordination of building management (about 10 buildings in total) and Hotel Services (Housekeeping and Catering).
  • Cost administration/budget management relative to logistics.
  • Contactperson for external partners.
  • Optimisation of logistical processes within the organisation.

 Requirements

  • Relevant higher educational background.
  • Experience of logistics management.
  • Social skills.
  • Organisational skills and flexibility.
  • Native Dutch speaker.  Working knowledge of French and English (orally and written).
  • Problem solver.
