Great news for the fans of a lovely cup of coffee and a delicious brownie, piece of cake or slice of apple pie at the College of Europe in Bruges: the students of this year's Éliane Vogel-Polsky Promotion reopened The Phoenix Café on Tuesday the 1st of February.
Our enthusiastic student volunteers are happy to serve you every Tuesday and Thursday from 9 am to 12 pm and from 2 pm to 5 pm in the Foyer of our Verversdijk site. The raised funds of the student-run Phoenix Café go to the non-profit organization SOS Mediterranee, the European Civil Organisation for the Rescue of People in Distress in the Mediterranean Sea.
