Roundtable: "Transatlantic Cooperation on Trade and Technology in a Time of Risk: What Now, What Next?"

The relationship between transatlantic trade and technology is a crucial factor in the global economy, shaping relations amidst mounting strategic challenges and alliance demands. To delve deeper into these issues, the Chair of Transatlantic Trade and Economy (College of Europe, in cooperation with Microsoft) is pleased to announce its first roundtable"Transatlantic Cooperation on Trade and Technology in a Time of Risk: What Now, What Next?".  

The roundtable will feature Dr.  Jacob Funk Kirkegaard, Senior Fellow at German Marshall Fund and Peterson Institute, and Dr. Heather Grabbe, Senior Fellow at Bruegel, alongside relevant young professionals and future leaders in transatlantic trade and economy, as well as experts in the field. This event will be introduced by Mr. Esa Kaunistola, Director, Trade and Industrial Policy at Microsoft, and moderated by Dr. Ian Lesser, the Chair in Transatlantic Trade and Economy.

It will take place at the Microsoft Center Brussels, located at 51 Rue Montoyer, on May 15th, from 12h30 until 14h00 (reception from 12h00), and will consist of a lively 90-minute roundtable discussion over a light lunch.
