The Executive Education, Training, and Projects office of the College of Europe successfully concluded a one-week tailor-made training course in EU project management for the Center for Security Studies – KEMEA.
From the 22nd to the 26th of May 2023, this course provided a comprehensive coverage of EU project management, ranging from identifying funding programs to project monitoring and evaluation.
The training was specifically tailored to meet the needs of KEMEA researchers and project managers, with a primary focus on projects falling under the Horizon Europe framework and the European Social Fund (ESF) in the field of security and internal policy.
Participants actively engaged in the training modules, benefitting from practical exercises, group work, and feedback sessions, thereby enhancing their overall learning experience.
