For the second year in a row, the College of Europe had the honour to organise a 2-day tailor-made training course on Development Cooperation for the Diplomatic Academy of the Flanders Chancellery & Foreign Office.
The training took place on 12 and 13 February at the premises of the Flanders Chancellery & Foreign Office in Brussels.
The course generated very insightful discussions and provided participants with updated knowledge and practical information on development cooperation, humanitarian aid, and EU and international development policies, partnerships, and instruments.
