Services for Employers
The College of Europe in Tirana prepares students for careers across the public and private sectors, including institutions, think tanks, intergovernmental organisations (IGOs), non-governmental organisations (NGOs), and beyond. Our diverse student body, representing over 20 countries, brings a wide range of perspectives and strong skills in European and international leadership.

Partnership Opportunities
We offer various ways for employers to engage with our students:
- Host workshops to present your organisation and share insights into the field.
- Run simulations where your team meets and works with students in real situations.
- Join events that connect your organisation with potential candidates and support your recruitment.
CV Database
Gain access to our password-protected database (built and maintained by the Bruges Campus) to search for and filter student profiles based on specific criteria. This helps you find candidates who fit your organisation's needs.
Registration allows you to contact students and schedule interviews for a set period each year. Please contact us for the exact dates for this year. A contribution of €250 (excluding VAT) supports our non-profit mission and the ongoing development of our career services. Please complete the form below and select only the CV database package.
