Tasks
• Giving administrative and organisational support to daily activities related to the selection of students
• Communication in French, English (oral and written) with candidates, students, staff and professors
• Updating of internet and intranet data with regard to Admissions
• Cooperation with academic departments and services within the College of Europe
Profile
• A graduate degree or relevant qualification
• Open and friendly character, willing to learn and to take initiative, to be dynamic in a challenging
environment and well- organised
• Ability
to work both in team and also independently
• Flexible
• Very good proficiency in English, French and Dutch (written and oral)
• Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Frontpage (knowledge of Access and PowerPoint
is an asset)
