Alejandro Ribó Labastida (ES) is visiting professor at the College of Europe (Bruges and Natolin) and MGIMO (Moscow) as well as lecturer in Political Science at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, Spain. He has a long experience in running EU negotiation simulations on Community topics and on the Common Foreign and Security Policy for both university students and public officials. He is a graduate from the College of Europe (2001) and from SOAS, University of London (Middle East Politics, 2005). He has published about the functioning of the EU institutional framework (Documentation française, 2004 and 2008) and on EU foreign policy (with Mahncke, 2004). Currently, he is working on the application of new information and communication technologies to policy-making and on group dynamics in international negotiations.
