Bojken Sinaj serves as the Project Administrative Coordinator at the College of Europe from June 2023.
Bojken possesses a Bachelor's and Master's degree from the University of Pisa, along with post-master's qualifications from the University of Tirana and an exchange program at the University of Valencia.
Before joining the College of Europe, he was the Local and Stakeholder Manager at ARS Progetti, a notable Italian consulting firm specializing in international cooperation projects. He was responsible to interact with the Albanian Development Fund, local communities, coordination with international and local teams, logistics management etc.
Bojken's professional journey also included an external consulting role with PRAGMA, a renowned consultancy firm based in Florence. Here he was involved in project design, risk assessments, and rigorous adherence to project requirements.
Furthermore, Bojken has worked for the Italian Embassy in Tirana and held the position of Project Manager and Country Representative for International NGO COSV (Coordinamento delle Organizzazioni per il Servizio Volontario) in Albania. During this tenure, Bojken showcased proficiency in strategic program development and management, particularly within the context of EU External Aid programs and other international development initiatives in the Western Balkans. Achievements included portfolio expansion, partnership enhancement, and increased organizational visibility and capacity at a regional level.
In addition to project management background, he possesses expertise in event delivery and project coordination. As a Project Consultant for FIIAPP (Fundación Internacional y para Iberoamérica de Administración y Políticas Públicas), Bojken contributed to the successful execution of various projects, providing high-quality analysis and policy advice.
He is proficient in multiple languages, including Albanian, Italian, English, and Spanish.
