Christine has been an accredited trainer for the European School of Administration since 2019 and she has been delivering and designing management courses for the EU institutions since 2018. She is an executive coach and management & leadership trainer for public and private organisations, with experience of debriefing psychometric tools and 360 leadership surveys.
She loves engaging managers, directors and individuals in their personal leadership development journey. For this she builds upon her 20 years of leadership experience in business, more specifically in international sales management before she became a coach and trainer in 2010. Having worked in several organisations ranging from SMEs to large multinationals, she has acquired an all-round practical knowledge of leadership. Delivering experiential leadership programmes since 2005 in the United Kingdom has helped her creating a good understanding of leadership challenges across different sectors.
