Eda LIKA

Eda Lika is the Head of Administration at College of Europe, Tirana Campus.

Eda holds a BA in Law, from the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana and a LLM in International Human Rights Law and International Labour Rights from the Faculty of Law in Lund, Sweden.

Over the past decade she has served at the Office of the Prime Minister of Albania, first as part of the Management Office to the Secretary General and since October 2017 as Head of the Unit of Budget and Administration.

In addition to her official position, she has been highly involved in sharing her expertise as a lecturer at the Albanian School of Public Administration (ASPA).

Eda’s professional background extends also to hands-on involvement with NGOs and international organizations, such as UNICEF, where she has contributed to projects aimed at good governance, democratization, human rights and social justice.

During her career, Eda has attended several training programmes organised by prestigious institutions, such as Institut National du Servis Public (INSP), College of Europe in Natolin, Vienna Diplomatic Academy, Council of Europe, Netherlands Helsinki Committee, etc, as she is a strong believer of the importance of continuous education towards professional and personal development.
