Ingvild GRINI

Ingvild Grini joined the College of Europe in February 2024.

Ingvild is specialised in delivering meaningful education and training programmes within the fields of international law, civil protection, humanitarian action, cooperation, youth and education. Her experience includes design, development, and management of several large-scale training projects for governments and international organisations globally.

At the Executive Education, Training and Projects Office, Ingvild manages different training activities, technical assistance contracts, and executive education courses.

Prior to joining the College of Europe, Ingvild worked for a consultancy where she designed and delivered training services to the European Commission and its partners. Her portfolio included managing project implementation, designing learning materials, carrying out training needs analysis, producing and delivering training events as well as developing client-oriented learning solutions in different formats (e-learning, hybrid, in-person) on a wide range of topics. She also has experience in coordinating international projects and programmes as well as facilitating workshops for global audiences.

Ingvild holds a professional law degree from the University of Oslo where she specialised in EEA/EU law. For more than 4 years, she worked as a reporter on EU competition law in addition to gaining experience in EU legal research, policy, and case handling. She speaks Norwegian and English, has a good level of French and is learning Romanian.
