Stiven Komino serves as the Junior Public Relations and Communications Officer at the Representation Office of the College of Europe in Tirana since December 2023.
He has experience in working with the public sector through an internship with NDI as assistant to the Deputy Speaker of the Albanian Parliament. Stiven has also worked with different international organizations due to his past experiences with the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and the UN Resident Coordinator’s Office in Albania, during which he has worked on different visibility campaigns, event management, tailored communications, digital communication and much more.
Stiven’s focus has a keen interest and work experience on traditional and digital communications, politics, human rights, international development, sustainability.
He holds a bachelor's and master’s degree in law, from the Faculty of Law of the University of Tirana.
