Ana TARANCÓN FERNÁNDEZ

Ana TARANCÓN FERNÁNDEZ (ES) joined the Department of EU International Relations and Diplomacy Studies as an Academic Assistant in August 2026. 

She holds an MA in EU International Relations and Diplomacy Studies from the College of Europe (2025-2026, Victoria Amelina promotion), a MA in European Studies from the National University of Distance Education (2024-2026) and a dual BA in Law and International Relations from the Comillas Pontifical University (2019-2024). During her BA she carried out two exchanges, at Sciences Po (Paris) and at Yonsei University (Seoul). She has previous experience in refugee reception and NGO advocacy and completed an internship at the European Agency of Asylum in 2025. 

Fields of interest: human rights, humanitarian aid, development cooperation, migration, refugee law, EU-MENA relations, international law.
