The GCLC is pleased to invite you to the 138th GCLC Lunch Talk entitled "Christmas message of the Court on competition law in sports".

On 21 December 2023, the Court of Justice of the EU will deliver three key judgments relating to the application of competition law in the field of sports, International Skating Union (C-124/21 P), Superleague (C-333/21), and Royal Antwerp (C-680/21). The future governance of sports in the EU will likely be determined by this new jurisprudence.
