On Wednesday 4 November 2015, the Geremek Foundation in cooperation with the European Civilization Chair at the Natolin (Warsaw) campus of the College of Europe organized a debate on "What does it mean to be a European?" for the Geremek Foundation’s cycle of "European Wednesdays". The debate took place in the Royal Łazienki Palace in Warsaw and was live-streamed on the College of Europe's website and on Youtube.

The panellists (students of the Natolin campus of the College of Europe) made short opening statements, followed by questions from the audience. The discussion was moderated by Professor Richard BUTTERWICK-PAWLIKOWSKI, Chairholder of the European Civilization Chair. The event was a big success also thanks to a very interesting debate with many members of the large audience.
