On Monday 4 November 2013, Mr Thierry REPENTIN, Minister Delegate to the Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Affairs Officer of the French Republic, gave a speech on "L’avenir de l’Europe" at the Natolin campus of the College of Europe. The presentation was followed by a Q&A session.
