On Tuesday, 19 March 2019, Mr Piotr SZYMAŃSKI gave a special lecture at the College of Europe in Natolin entitled: "Baltic States and the strategic chessboard of Europe — insights from the region’s past, present and future".

The lecture was part of a preparatory lecture series for the Manuel Marín Promotion students participating in the second semester study trip to the Baltic States. In April 2019, Natolin students embarked upon one out of five tailor-made study trips. To learn more about the different destinations and topics of the study trips, click here.

Piotr SZYMAŃSKI is a Research Fellow in the Security and Defence in Northern Europe Programme at the Centre for Eastern Studies.
