On 23 September 2013, Professor Alan RILEY held a High-Level Lecture on the subject of Energy Interests in the Baltic Region for the students of the College of Europe, Natolin campus.

Professor Alan RILEY is Director of the LLM Programme of the City Law School a the City University London. He is an expert in energy law and advises governments, the EU, NGOs and corporations on problems and challenges in the global and European energy markets.
