Anton SAIFULLAYEU PhD, is Assistant Professor at the Centre for East European Studies, University of Warsaw; Research Fellow at the University of Greifswald (2022); Member of the Belarus-Ukraine-Region Analytical Group, which operates at the University of Warsaw. He is the author of the monograph Postcolonial historiographies. The case of a certain medieval period (in Polish, Warsaw, PAN:2020) as well as numerous scholarly, policy papers and popular science articles. He has extensive teaching experience, teaching courses related to nation-building processes, intellectual life, and socio-cultural conditions in the post-Soviet space. Area of academic interests: postcolonial theory, decolonial philosophy, cultural anthropology of post-Soviet Eastern Europe, theory of historiography, Belarusian history of ideas.
