Discover Natolin Second Semester Study Trips Destinations 2025-2026

The Natolin second semester study trips of the academic year 2025-26 have been announced and students already made their choices. 

In the spring 2025, they will explore across different regions how distinct security challenges, geopolitical dynamics, and forms of resilience shape Europe’s current and future strategic environment

Finland and Sweden, Türkiye, and Tunisia are key cases that illustrate how to navigate security pressures, geopolitical competition, and the evolving relationships with the EU and other actors. 

The overarching titles of the study trips are:

  • Study Trip to Helsinki, Finland and Stockholm, Sweden: 

    Europe at the Time of War – The State of Defence, Deterrence, and Preparedness in the Nordic-Baltic Area
     

  • Study Trip to Istanbul, Türkiye:

    At the Crossroads – Security Broker, Migration Gateway, and Regional Power
     

  • Study Trip to Tunis, Tunisia: 

    Into the EU’s Southern Neighbourhood – Strategy, Security, and Euro-Mediterranean Partnership
     

The study trips are an integral part of the European Interdisciplinary Studies programme, as of 2026/2027 featuring a new study track in European Security and Strategy
